Mr Carruthers, who for three decades has led some of the world’s biggest and most awarded integrated resorts, has brought to Crown an ambition to become the largest and most luxurious integrated resort globally.

“Across each of Crown’s properties in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, Crown is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality, gaming, and entertainment experiences, and pioneering a new standard of luxury and fine dining in Australia.

“For our customers, dining is such a memorable component of an integrated resort experience and Crown has attracted some of the world’s top culinary talent to our properties, including the legendary Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. This is something Crown will continue to invest in and grow, and I’m excited by the opportunities ahead of us.

“Crown and Nobu have a long history, going back to Nobu Melbourne first opening in 2007. Crown really is the home of international dining and working in partnership with culinary powerhouses such as Nobu San demonstrates our commitment to delivering world-class experiences for our guests across each of our resorts,” Mr Carruthers said.

Crown exclusively houses Nobu’s signature restaurants within its Melbourne, Perth and Sydney properties, and Crown Resorts has a 20 per cent stake in the Nobu business. Nobu is one of the most popular restaurants at Crown and has earned a myriad of global accolades since hitting Australian shores 15 years ago.
